Who else is involved

• The estimate form and the chat widget are supplied by LeadConnector / HighLevel. Anything you enter into them is transmitted to and stored by that service on our behalf.
• The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs.
• Links to our Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to those companies' own platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect once you leave this site.

Cookies and browser storage

This site stores your language choice — English or Spanish — in your browser's local storage, so the site remembers it on your next visit. That preference stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The embedded estimate form and chat widget may set their own cookies as part of how they operate. Those are set by the third-party provider, not by us, and you can block or clear them through your browser settings — though the form may not work correctly if you do.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is shared only with the service providers described above who help us operate the site and manage enquiries, and where we are required to disclose it by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as we need them to run and account for the business. If you would like your enquiry removed from our records, contact us and we will do it.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
