Stump grinding is what Alexander's does more than anything else. A stump left behind after a tree comes down is a mowing obstacle, a trip hazard, and a slow-motion problem as it rots and settles. Grinding turns it into chips, below the level of the surrounding ground, so the spot can be raked flat, seeded, sodded, or planted over. Every stump is different — species, size, root flare, how close it sits to a driveway, a fence line, or a foundation — so we look at yours and quote it for what it actually is. Estimates are free.
