About these terms

This website is operated by Alexander's Stump Grinding & Tree Service LLC, 3939 Pate Road, Loganville, GA 30052. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Estimates are estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation on either side. An estimate is a price for the work as it was described to us at the time — it is not a contract, and it does not bind you to book the work or us to carry it out.

If what we find on site differs materially from what was described — a larger stump, a root flare into a wall, access that is not usable — we will tell you before starting and re-quote rather than adding to the bill afterwards.

No prices are published on this site. Any figure you have been given came from a conversation about your specific job, and applies to that job.

Scope of work

The services described on this site are stump grinding, tree service and tree trimming. Whether a particular job is one we take on is a question we will answer directly when you call — a service appearing on this site is not a commitment that every job of that type can be accepted.

Scheduling depends on weather, ground conditions and workload. We will tell you if a date needs to move.

Access and the site of the work

Reaching a stump or a tree usually means bringing equipment onto the property. Before work begins we will agree the route in with you. Please make sure we have the access we discussed on the day, and that vehicles, gates and anything fragile are moved clear of it.

Buried utilities, irrigation, cabling and septic components are not visible from the surface. If anything of that kind runs near the work, tell us before we start so it can be located and avoided.

Content on this site

We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is general information about what we do rather than advice about your particular tree, stump or property. Nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for looking at the job.

Photographs shown on this site are of work carried out by us unless labelled otherwise.

Links and embedded services

This site links to our Google Business Profile and our social media accounts, and embeds an estimate form and a chat widget supplied by a third party. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The name, logo, text and photographs on this site belong to Alexander's Stump Grinding & Tree Service LLC unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limits

This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or entirely free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from the use of the site itself. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
